In the verdant Pacific Northwest there is a place…
A place that is covered in Wisteria vines, filled with the sounds of 3 little boys and decorated in such a way as to make you want to slip your shoes off, brew up something warm to drink and settle in for a spell.
It is the home of my friend Julie of Little Farmstead.
Julie has invited us over today to do just that…
I know you will enjoy the visit and do pop over to Little Farmstead to get to know Julie a bit more.
You will be seeing more of her as she is joining Susan and I for Sundays at Home starting this week!
We welcome Julie & Julie welcomes us!!
Now let’s look around some more…
Appropriately, when I learned of Little Farmstead, it was a photo of the entrance/foyer that I first encountered.
Love at first room I guess!
Then I fell for the living room.
Then the kitchen…
Then the dining room…
Julie, can we show everyone your dining room dressed up for fall? Out of season but just too pretty not to share!
If I recall correctly, Julie used Persimmons on each plate. Clever girl…
Farmhouse Gustavian with a pop of fruit ~ remember that for next year!
And for Spring remember lavender in anything galvanized is farmhouse perfection.
Some of Julie’s “pots” had a previous life as chicken watering cans.
Yup, she has chickens too.
I am so happy to be sharing my friend & her farmhouse tour with you. Moreover, that my friend will be sharing the Sundays at Home link party with all of us each week.
Go over to Little Farmstead for a visit and follow along with Julie on Instagram too.
