Neutral is not something I usually am.
I’d be a bad Switzerland.
I tend to take a side.
Personally not neutral….but in decor it is growing on me more & more.
Neutral, as a tone, is defined as “color that is not bright or strong”.
But isn’t white as bright as it gets really? …”bright white” ala’ the detergent companies.
Definitions aside, ’cause who can really define color anyway.
Orange is well, so ORANGE, and while I do love it all year long, this autumn I am appreciating the subtle neutrals. (all the better to make your oranges pop!)
I am sharing some of the best neutral fall decor known to man (woman) kind today. Even one from me, a redhead with a weakness for orange.
Enjoy ~ take notes ~ bookmark and PIN. Fall decor 2014 doesn’t get better than this.
Well, that mantle says it all, doesn’t it?
Here is my neutral fall vignette. I took a bunch of things out of closets & cupboards and played around with textures & shapes. Nothing new was purchased for this display.
That is another wonderful thing about going neutral for the holidays, you can work with what you have…and from nature.
That is the way I enjoy decorating most.
What about you, what side do you fall on…neutral or not? (haha!)
