I’ve been taking little ‘trips’ to Hawaii lately…
Somedays right after I workout & somedays in the late afternoon.
Whenever a need a little boost.

Pineapple Protein Smoothie with Pure Earth Juice
- 3/4 cup Del Monte Pure Earth Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup low fat greek yogurt
- one scoop whey protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of blueberries
- 3 ice cubes
Whirl the ingredients together in a blender for a minute or two. Sip.
