It started with brief email from across the pond...

Then a phone call ...

After that a plan was set into motion that would make a dream come true.

To my surprise & utter delight, I was asked to write a book.

The emailer & caller was a publisher who had discovered my blog.

Even better, than being asked to write a book, I was asked what book I would like to write.

Truly a dream come true.

I thought and I thought a bit more, but I already knew that my book would be about flowers.

My Soulful Home ~ a year in flowers was born of a bit of chance, hard work and, of course, the miracle of the flowers.

It comes into the world with hope, excitement and mostly gratitude.

Gratitude for the chance to share my dream come true with you.

Gratitude to be able to help you add beauty to your everyday life.

Gratitude for a stranger, turned friend, who believed I could write a book.
