My American Beauty needs a lot more than a spa day.

We are talking major work for this old girl, but her bones are oh so good.

We started with a deep cleanse, so to speak ~ a brand new sewer line.

Here are some before - current - photos so you can see what we are up against...

Carrying on living life as best can with 4 people, a dog, one working gross bathroom & a makeshift kitchen.  Oh, life during a renovation!

Living like this has its challenges for sure, but I wouldn't  have it any other way.  

I am busy as I have ever been & loving it! 

This old American Beauty is shaking off the cobwebs ~ and fast! 

Pretty soon she is going to be turning heads again.  Can't wait till we get to the part where we pick out the equivalent of her lipstick & earrings. 

That's going to be awhile, but not as long as you might think…just watch me!
