Container Garden - a rescue & how to

I have a soft spot for the less than and left behind.How to plant a container garden-www.mysoulfulhome.comLike the one eyed stuffed panda I picked out from a Howard Johnson's gift shop while on a family road trip to Orlando in 1971,I had to take this sad little pail home.How to plant a container garden-www.mysoulfulhome.comIt too had seen ( no pun intended ) better days.  Dented, rusted and discarded.Emmett and I were out walking when we spotted  it in a clearing ~ forlorn & empty.Not sure how it got there and with no one around to ask, I carried it home.  I think that was ok, right?How to plant a container garden-www.mysoulfulhome.comToday I picked out some flowers to go in it.I knew I wanted Grey French Lavender because it goes so well with the grey of the metal. ( do u spell grey with an "a" or an "e" ~ I prefer "e" )How to plant a container garden-www.mysoulfulhome.comThen I add:

  • Sage
  • deep purple Verbena
  • Dusty Miller, and
  • Bacopa
