My Book Launch & Give Away

I am not sure how to say this, other than to just say it...

 

I wrote a book.

 

 

Oh my gosh I said it...

You see, I am not really comfortable with self promotion, but I had to tell you.  

 

Heck, I wrote it for you and with you in mind the whole time ~ so I really had to tell you!

 

 

 

My dad always says, "actions speak louder than words" and that has stuck with me.  So I didn't want to go on about how I was writing a book.  

I decided to tell you when I did write a book.

 

So now I am.  It is called My Soulful Home ~ a year in flowers.  

 

I am going to tell you something else ~ "I am really excited to share this news with you!"

 

The book is about floral design, but so much more really.

 

 

My Soulful Home ~ a year in flowers 

I wrote my book to share with you:

 

• how to properly care for cut flowers;

• how to make your flowers last a long long time;

• how and when to grow & cut flowers;

• facts, tips & advice about many flowers, including those special care flowers;

• stories from my life that made me certain that flowers had to be part of it;

• my simple formula for floral designing that works every time; 

• 12 tutorials that you can create petal by petal or use as a spring board to your own designs;

• a checklist for your own designs;

...but most importantly, I wrote my book to share with you ways to elevate your everyday life simply, easily & beautifully.  

And that my friends, is a game changer.

If you can embrace everyday like it is the special occasion it is, life is sweeter.

As I am quoted as saying in the book:

“Don’t spend your life waiting for someone to send you flowers.  Make your own arrangements”.  

Literally and figuratively, this is how I try to spend my days.  

Flowers most certainly make our days more special.  We include flowers in just about every momentous event from dinner parties to weddings.  

Well, how about Tuesday?  Think about it...

It's your life, add flowers.  I can show you how to do that easily & how to make them last.

Truth be told and me being bold, I am proud of this book.  I put my whole heart, mind & soul in to every word and image.  I hope that comes through the pages to anyone who decides to give it a read.
