Once in a while I come across a certain something that strikes a deep cord.

The something simply resonates with me on all levels.

That happened with our house and I knew I had to have it.

Usually this happens when the something is:

• handmade
• unique
• vintage

Those sorts of somethings don't cross your path everyday.  

When they do - it is time to take action!  

Time to make it your own if you can & to share with those kindred spirits with whom the something will resonate with too!

Those spirits are you all and the something is the Palette Paintings by Jennifer Lanne.

Gliding around Instagram I spotted them!  

My heart skipped a beat!

Handmade ~ Unique ~ Vintage in feel, if not in actual age.

I think I held my breath as I went over to Jennifer's website.  

Probably too expensive, probably not even for sale, probably none left...

Well, I let out that breath as I ordered 2.

After my order & before the Palettes arrived I contacted Jennifer and asked if I could share her & her art with you.

So here I am sharing one of my very favorite finds of 2016 with you!

Not only is Jennifer's art special, so is her home.

A farmhouse & grounds saturated in creativity, color and soul.

I hung my Palette Painting on the frame of the window over my farmhouse sink in my new kitchen.
