Merry Merry & Happy Happy!

Welcome to my home decked out for Christmas. Come on in ~ I am so glad you came by today. This year, even more than usual, it is wonderful to have the chance to share my home with you.

I decided on the very traditional palette or red & green. These colors bring a sense of comfort and familiarity I think we are all seeking at the close of this tumultuous year.

For me, along with these colors come lots & lots of fresh greens, patina’ed Santa faces, handmade ornaments and a true sense of home.

It was with great joy that I uncovered the bins, pulled out the red shiny brites, plaid tartans, red stripe grain sacks and filled so many vases with greens. This feeling was underscored when my family delighted in the decorations.

Today I have the pleasure of sharing these joyful efforts with you.

I hope that in visiting me you feel comfort & joy too! Yes, get some ideas, inspiration and thoughts on things to try in your home home. But mostly, just enjoy the visit, as I know I will.
